Microsoft Office Licence Agreement

This Microsoft Office Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into and made effective as of the date of acceptance by the licensee (the “Licensee”), by and between Microsoft Corporation, a Washington corporation with its principal place of business at One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington, 98052-6399 (“Microsoft”), and the Licensee.

WHEREAS, Microsoft is the proprietary owner of the software program known as Microsoft Office (the “Software”); and

WHEREAS, Licensee desires to obtain a licence to use the Software in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein; and

WHEREAS, Microsoft is willing to grant such a licence, as long as Licensee agrees to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
